Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set the conditions for using the MOMENT website, free time tools, Pro time tracker, and Notion integration provided by 박유하 (‘MOMENT’).

2. Accounts and security

• Use an email address you can receive messages at and keep your password secure.
• Do not sell or share another person's account or private embed link without permission, or use them for automated bulk activity.
• If you notice theft or unusual activity, change your password and private embed link and contact MOMENT.

3. Free and Pro features

Free tools are available in the browser after sign-up and login. During a purchased or issued Pro access period, Pro provides server-backed sessions, analytics, a private embed, and automatic Notion logging. The length and renewal terms of each access option are shown before checkout.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Paddle is the seller of record and processes payment transactions. A monthly subscription may renew automatically until cancellation is scheduled. After cancellation, renewal stops at the end of the current billing period. Receipts, payment methods, subscription cancellation, and refund requests are available through billing management in your account or the email from Paddle.

5. Connecting Notion

• Connect only Notion workspaces and databases you have permission to use.
• MOMENT sends only the fields and sessions you choose through the Notion API.
• Sync may be delayed or fail because of Notion permissions, database changes, or outages in external services.
• Pages already saved to Notion remain there after you disconnect Notion or delete your MOMENT account.

6. Prohibited use

You may not attack the service, bypass security, violate another person's information, transmit malware, break the law, or use automation that disrupts normal operation. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations.

7. Service changes and interruptions

We may change or temporarily interrupt features for security, incident recovery, legal compliance, or quality improvements. Where practical, we will give advance notice of important changes that negatively affect paid features. Rights required by law remain unaffected.

8. Limits of responsibility

MOMENT operates the service with reasonable care but cannot prevent every failure involving the internet, devices, Notion, Paddle, or other external services. Except in cases of intentional or gross negligence, or where law requires otherwise, responsibility for indirect loss caused by free features or incorrect user settings is limited to the extent allowed by law.

9. Closing your account

You may delete your account from the account page at any time. If an auto-renewing subscription remains active, cancel it first to prevent the next payment. Account deletion gives up any remaining paid access and recovery rights; the Privacy Policy explains what is deleted.

Send service questions to momenttimer.help@gmail.com. For payment and refund transaction questions, you may use Paddle Buyer Support. We will first try to resolve disputes through discussion. Unresolved disputes are handled under the laws and courts of the Republic of Korea.
